Q. What weight and cut of lamb is best for 10 adults?suggestions for accompanying veg?
Either gigot of lamb or boned rolled shoulder. Gigot is more expensive but leaner and more tender, where shoulder has a little more fat and has the more taste. Really it is preference. Weight of gigot would need to be about 6lb+ or shoulder 5lb.
Veg. How about some red cabbage braised with apple and dauphinois potatoes.
